- SUPPORT is a monthly one hour call to ask questions, share and be seen as we dive into different topics on healing, embodiment and life.
- A place to be you, fully, without restriction, revision or editing.
- A place to learn the difference between operating from the head/mind and moving from the truth and knowing of the heart/body.
- Conversations to deepen, integrate, and connect through the body, not the mind.
What is RESOURCED?
- RESOURCED offers you brief, simple 3-5 minute videos nervous system regulation practices with a body-centric, feeling-first perspective.
- While these methods are researched and science based, that is not the focus and there will be no citation of studies. We want you in your body, not your mind. There will be no proof, only feeling if the practice is true for your body at this moment.
- Here you will learn to feel the different energetic states of your body and what practices support you through different moments of life.
- These short videos provide you with practices that will work directly with your operating system (your nervous system) to support in creating a regulated and resourced state.
What is KNOW?
- KNOW is a personalized embodiment journal that will connect you with patterns in your life that lead to your wellbeing, so that you remember what feels best for your body and life.
- A place to notice aspects of your life, habits, practices and ways of being that you will determine make a difference in your presence, resilience and connection.
- Learn what brings you a sense of embodied wholeness. What does your body and being desire? Movement, connection, sleep, nutrition, water intake, supplements, emotional release, time in nature, spiritual connection, nervous system regulation, etc.
What is FREQUENCY?
- FREQUENCIES are short 7-10 minute videos and playlists that create the space for you to fully feel and move through the energy of an emotion.
- A place to explore the range of emotions, and your full human experience without making one good and another bad, or one right and the other wrong, experiencing your full potential to feel.
- A place to normalize your natural range of emotions by feeling them, without judgment or restriction.
All content offered within the WHOLE membership is based on my healing perspective. You are fully responsible for how you choose to implement it in your life.
